Oral Presentations
Oral presenters have a time slot of 30 minutes. This includes 5 minutes for questions.
Poster Presentations
Presenters should bring their printed poster with a maximum dimension of 1.2m wide and 1.8m high. Material to mount your poster will be available at the registration desk. Posters will be on display during the entire Conference.
Proceedings
A digital book of abstracts will be distributed to all participants on the first day of the conference. The proceedings of the conference will be published as ESA Special Publication, on CD only, after the conference.
Instructions for authors for the preparation of their manuscript (final paper) can be downloaded here below. Written papers must be submitted by 23 March 2012.
