Author Instructions 
Oral Presentations
- Oral presenters have a time slot of 20 minutes. This includes 5 minutes for questions.
- Presenter are requested to bring their presentation (in ppt or pdf format) on a USB with them to the Symposium and upload it on the presentation laptop in the conference room before the session starts
Poster Presentations
- Presenters should bring their printed poster with them to he Symposium
- Material to mount your poster will be available at the registration desk.
- Posters will be on display during the entire Symposium. There will be a dedicated poster session on Tuesday evening
- It is the presenters' own responsibility to remove the poster after the Symposium
- Maximum dimensions for the poster will be communicated in due course
Proceedings
All presenters are asked to prepare a full paper to be delivered to CNES no later than Tuesday, 1 May 2012. All papers will be made available on a USB during the symposium.
The 4S Symposium has the policy “No paper – No Podium”. Authors not delivering a full paper in due time, will be removed from the programme.
