Presentation Guidelines
Instructions for Oral Presenters
Please note, if you submitted your abstract for an oral presentation and you have been selected for a poster presentation your status may change prior to the programme being finalised. We will update you if this happens.
- We have an upload facility available for submitting your presentation. Your presentation should be uploaded at one of the laptops available in the Newton Conference centre (outside the room, opposite the registration desk)
- Your presentation should be uploaded at least 15 minutes before the session starts
- Presenters should allocate 15 minutes per presentation including time for questions and are asked to follow their allocated presentation time including time for questions and discussions
- Presenters should arrive in the meeting room at least 10 minutes prior to the start of the session and should inform the chairperson
- A PC will be available in the meeting room for presentations
- For performing the presentation, MS-Powerpoint 2003 or Adobe PDF Reader 7.0 under Windows XP will be used \
- Hand outs of your presentation are not provided by the conference bureau
Instructions for Poster Presenters
- The poster panels will be situated in the Erasmus building, please contact the conference reception desk for instructions on when and where to hang your poster
- The dimensions of the poster panels are 120cm wide and 180cm tall
- Authors are strongly encouraged to produce 1 large poster rather than using multiple sheets of A4 paper
As a presenter please ensure you are registered by mid January at the latest.
