EXHIBITORS INFORMATION / PRODUCT DEMONSTRATIONS
There will be place for exhibition booths as well as a dedicated Exhibitor/Tool Vendor presentation session. More detailed information will be provided in due time.
If you are interested in participating in the Exhibition, please send the purpose of your demonstration and your requirements (nr. of tables/poster panels required, power and other connections) to the ESA Conference Bureau by the 17th of August for approval.
If you want to ship the exhibit material unaccompanied to ESTEC it should arrive
1 week before the workshop (latest 21st of September), by using the exhibitor delivery label, which will be sent to you by the ESA Conference Bureau.
Please note that all of the demonstration systems shall be installed by the demonstrators themselves and need to be complete stand-alone systems.
Costs:
There are no additional costs associated for the exhibition. However, participants need to register for the conference.
