For those of you who do not know us, let us introduce ourselves: We are a team of dedicated meeting professionals committed to producing excellent events, supporting the European Space Agency’s ongoing effort to share knowledge and disseminate information among the international scientific community. The Congrex team at the ESA Conference Bureau can support you, and your event from beginning to end, anywhere in the world, allowing you to concentrate on the essence of the event, the scientific content and the contributions of the members of its immediate community.
But the ECB is not dedicated to just large conferences and workshops. We can support even the most basic of requests, from the preparation of badges for a small internal meeting, to offering assistance in social programmes, transport bookings and the management of print work for your event.
